How I can describe my cuisine?
I preasume it is combination of European, Continental cuisines with strong influences of Traditional, Old Polish Cuisine.
I put lots of preasure on aromatic ingredience like herbs, fruits, spices and wild mushrooms.
You can be sure, that you will find a fresh water’s fish on your plate, irish beef, game food and many soups which I love to makes from the scratch on natural stock.
And pastry. This is what you can wait for.
