The first month of my bistro operation is almost done.
I would like to thanks to all Guests who try my Spring menu.
Also, as I mentioned many times, the menus will be change monthly.
So in the April I will prepare a dishes inspired by Venezuelan Cuisine.
By this, I would like to support my Venezuelan friends who help me in my very begining of my pop-up, and who worried about the difficult situation in their country.
The next producer which I would like to introduce you is an Andrzej Greszta from Weingut Greszta. He is a Polish man who came to Germany while ago to work as a grape picker during a harvest. He beloved wine so much that he decided to start a study about the winemaking process. And the rest of his story… he will tell you himself:) Just watch this short clip.

Riesling and his many faces.
