We’ve teamed up with Marcin Kotwicki again for this event. Marcin is a man of many trades; barista champion, established Sommelier, food aficionado, restaurant owner and chef. Marcin is crazy about food and wine and will be bringing his unique training and Polish food Heritage to our guests. He has customized a 5-course tasting menu and Tomasz Szczepanski (2nd best Sommelier in Ireland) has picked the wines to complement these dishes.

Tuesday the 27th, I will run another monthly wine tasting here at The Blue Anchor Wine Bistro, Wine Bar or whatever you’d like to call it 😉
This month I will show you, how beautiful could be a Riesling variety from the Mosel Valley in Germany.
In my opinion, it is the best expression of this variety.
Only 12 spots available and not even one more.

Dear Wine Lovers.
My bistro is operating more less 3 months now.
From the very begging, I tried to give you a wide range of my wines available by the glass. Which you happily enjoy it.
The thing is, after those three months, it comes a time where I have to think, what would be better for my small business.
That’s why I decided to reduce wine by the glass, to those best sellers.
Still, there are eleven labels available for you:) So please, take a look at my new wine list below:)
I would like to invite to another workshop which I will run on Tuesday the 23rd of April.
This time it will be with a collaboration with very well known wine shop: The Corkscrew Wine Merchants, which is placed at 4 Chatham Street, Dublin 2.
Wine list will be confirmed soon. It will be a great opportunity to taste still rare product as Polish Wines on the Irish market.
Start at 6 pm. Circa 2 hours and we will taste at least 6 labels from the best Polish producers.
