New Menu will hit this Friday :)

October is here, grey outside and a little bit colder, so I prepare something Autumny.

There will be pumpkin, and smoky pork with so many aromas like cummin seeds, juniper berries, and some umami taste.

And you know what? We’ll keep you feeling “BANANAS” 🙂

August Wine Tasting

Tuesday the 27th, I will run another monthly wine tasting here at The Blue Anchor Wine Bistro, Wine Bar or whatever you’d like to call it 😉

This month I will show you, how beautiful could be a Riesling variety from the Mosel Valley in Germany.

In my opinion, it is the best expression of this variety.

Only 12 spots available and not even one more.

The wine list has small changes.

Dear Wine Lovers.

My bistro is operating more less 3 months now.

From the very begging, I tried to give you a wide range of my wines available by the glass. Which you happily enjoy it.

The thing is, after those three months, it comes a time where I have to think, what would be better for my small business.

That’s why I decided to reduce wine by the glass, to those best sellers.

Still, there are eleven labels available for you:) So please, take a look at my new wine list below:)

Are you excited? I am.

The new monthly menu will be available from this Friday-YAY!

No Soup! Chocolate on dessert. And coffee…

Ok maybe not exactly coffee as a hot, black beverage itself;)

But as a part of the dessert. It will be stunning.

Conversation with this man gaves me so much satisfaction, pleasure and fun also.

I am extremely happy when I get a chance to talk to the person who is so passionate about his work.

If you wish to know, why the pink wine is white and why we called them orange, or what happens to the plantings of Pinot Noir from Germany, or what is gonna be on the 7 meters below the ground level, watch this short interview with Rafał 🙂

Just please, be advised that I translate it myself from Polish to English 😉
