Please, may I introduce you my wine list.

It is a selection of the wines from the countries as Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Georgia, Hungary.

The wine list will be updated with a new labels soon.

Open Tuesday-Saturday

Good news.

Since 30th of April, I will extend the opening days and hours.

From Tuesday till Thursday you will be able to get a glass (or bottle) of wine and some antipasti from 6 pm.

The main, monthly menu will be served Fridays and Saturdays evenings from 6 pm also.

Bistro is located at the back of the Legit Coffee on Meath Street.

Entrance from a side lane.

Viva Venezuela Viva!

The first month of my bistro operation is almost done.

I would like to thanks to all Guests who try my Spring menu.

Also, as I mentioned many times, the menus will be change monthly.

So in the April I will prepare a dishes inspired by Venezuelan Cuisine.

By this, I would like to support my Venezuelan friends who help me in my very begining of my pop-up, and who worried about the difficult situation in their country.

Polish Wines Workshop at The Corkscrew

I would like to invite to another workshop which I will run on Tuesday the 23rd of April.

This time it will be with a collaboration with very well known wine shop: The Corkscrew Wine Merchants, which is placed at 4 Chatham Street, Dublin 2.

Wine list will be confirmed soon. It will be a great opportunity to taste still rare product as Polish Wines on the Irish market.

Start at 6 pm. Circa 2 hours and we will taste at least 6 labels from the best Polish producers.

The Blue Anchor Wine Bistro

Since Friday the 8th of March, I will open the doors of my Pop-Up Wine Bistro.

It will run Fridays & Saturdays from 7 pm at the back of LEGIT COFFEE Co. on Meath Street.

The Sip of Poland 3.0

The third edition of Polish Wine Tasting.
This time during the workshop I will focus more deeply on two Winery from Lower Silesia Voivodship in Poland.
“Winnica Jakubów” and “Winnice Wzgórz Trzebnickich”.

Meet the Wine producer – Rafał “Wesoły” Wesołowski. “Winnice Wzgórz Trzebnickich / Poland

Conversation with this man gaves me so much satisfaction, pleasure and fun also.

I am extremely happy when I get a chance to talk to the person who is so passionate about his work.

Meet the Wine producer – Michał Pajdosz. Jakubów Winery / Poland

This time I visited Miachał Pajdosz for “Winnica Jakubów” – Jakubów Winery at Jakubów Village in the Lower Silesian Voivodship in Poland.

Meet the Wine producer – Weingut Greszta – KRÖV/Germany

The next producer which I would like to introduce you is an Andrzej Greszta from Weingut Greszta. He is a Polish man who came to Germany while ago to work as a grape picker during a harvest. He beloved wine so much that he decided to start a study about the winemaking process. And the rest of his story… he will tell you himself:) Just watch this short clip.
