A passion for cooking is something that I inherited from my Grandmother.
She would spend all day in the kitchen preparing breakfast, 2-course dinner and dessert for the whole of our family every single day.
Since I can remember, I enjoyed helping her in the kitchen that she ruled like a “Kingdom.” But when she died, I lost my teacher and mentor. But I didn’t lose my passion for cooking.
This is why I choose to go to Catering School as soon as I finished primary education. Since then, I have held several positions within the hospitality industry. I’ve worked as a waiter, bartender, sommelier, barista, but never as a chef.
Throughout my hospitality career, I have found that my true passion lies in the same “kingdom” as my Grandmothers, the kitchen.
I cherish sharing my family recipes as well as recipes of my own creation. This is why I have decided to organize Pop-Up events. To share the love for all things food and wine.
The Pop Up events, are very successful. My goal is to have an event every month.
Few articles about my work.
